We are so excited to share these new venues that will open their doors to Minnesota couples in 2025! With an emphasis on modern luxury, these venues are finally elevating the options for Minnesota couples who don’t want “just another barn” or cold industrial venue.
Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs — Chaska, MN
Bavaria Downs in Chaska, Minnesota, is a dream for weddings! This gorgeous property currently offers two stunning luxury venues (for which they won the Minnesota Bride 2024 award for Best Venue!), and a third is about to steal the spotlight. Their newest venue, Woodland Glasshaus, is bringing a whole new aesthetic to Minnesota weddings.
Woodland Glasshaus will be the first venue of its kind in Minnesota as a space that perfectly balances luxury, chic design, and an enchanting indoor-outdoor feel. The venue will feature two glass atriums for your ceremony and reception, plus an outdoor cocktail hour space. It’s going to be magical! Available exclusively from May to October each year, Woodland Glasshaus offers couples a more accommodating way to celebrate an “outdoor” wedding with modern amenities and a truly unique experience. As they describe it, Woodland Glasshaus will be “an oasis of luxury and comfort” with high-end design and a couture wedding tent experience. The venue first opens in May 2025, and we are so excited to say we already have a wedding booked at this amazing venue!

Le VENERÉ — Saint Paul, MN
Also opening in May 2025 is Le VENERÉ, a speakeasy-inspired setting for up to 200 guests, designed and managed by the same venue owners as A’BULAE. The concept behind the space is to seamlessly blend the old-world sophistication of bespoke 1920’s France with the mystery and intrigue of a speakeasy cocktail lounge. Pretty specific, but it also sounds pretty amazing!
Centrally located in St Paul, the venue is convenient for guests and also within walking distance of photo-worthy spots like Mears Park. For couples who want an intimate and sophisticated feel for their wedding, we think Le VENERÉ is going to be perfect! Based on the venue’s website and mock-ups, we’re picturing modern luxury meets moody historical elegance.

White & Sable — Ham Lake, MN
Introducing White & Sable, a new luxury wedding venue opening this spring! Located a quick 30 minutes north of Minneapolis, the venue aims to be everything that the “blank slate” venues are — clean and minimalistic — but with a warm and cozy vibe. The name White & Sable is a nod to the venue’s classic black and white design; Sable, pronounced sey-buhl, means black.
The venue’s reception space is a 3,000-square-foot open-concept room that can accommodate up to 225 guests. We love the soaring ceilings and your photographer will love the abundant natural light! We’re also so excited about the outdoor courtyard. Not many venues in the Twin Cities have a polished outdoor ceremony space (most are open fields, vineyards, or industrial pavement), so this turfed courtyard will be a big selling point for couples considering the venue. We are so excited to be celebrating a fall wedding here!

Woods & Co. — Pepin, WI
Okay, okay, technically, this venue is not in Minnesota, but it’s a stunner! Just 90 minutes south of Minneapolis, Woods & Co. is a luxurious modern venue nestled among beautiful pine trees in Pepin, Wisconsin. With its romantic forest setting, this venue offers an idyllic escape with modern luxuries. Take a look at the digital renderings they’ve shared — this venue is going to be so elegant and luxurious, while embracing the natural surroundings.

The event spaces at Woods & Co. will include a bright indoor ceremony room with a stunning brick fireplace, an outdoor ceremony site with a natural limestone bluff wall as your backdrop, and a glass house reception room with windows all around. To make things convenient for you and your guests, the venue also has several modern on-site cabins (if you’ve never been to Pepin, the area is beautiful but accommodations are hard to come by!).
